If an applicant does not fully meet the minimum requirements of WOGCA, its Board of Directors will determine if he or she should be should be granted admission and, if so what stipulations should be imposed.  Stipulations may include grade retention and/or granting conditional acceptance, which places the student on Academic Probation and mandatory participation in the Reconstructive Program.1

STEP V. Enrollment

Upon approval for admission, the student is considered enrolled upon WOGCA's receipt of registration fees, the first month's tuition, and other applicable fees, i.e. athletic fee, activity fee, book fees, and signing of the Statement of Conduct.  For grades 6-12, a class schedule will be given to the accepted student.
