The purpose of the Growing Together Mentor Program is to offer educational guidance and support to elementary students.

Middle and High school students sit down with teacher-selected students twice a week in order to help with homework, study skills or social skills.

The mentors are allowed to use these hours as community service. Being a mentor gives them a sense of purpose and reminds them to set a good example.
